Some general tips on applying ear seeds include:
- Clean and dry their ear completely.
- Identify the correct points to address their concerns.
- Use tweezers or clean hands to attach the seed to the right spot. These seeds have a self-adhesive backing.
- Gently massage the seeds a few times a day.If you experience any adverse reaction to the adhesive, immediately remove the seed. Additionally, if the seeds on the ear become painful, remove them immediately.
